ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We make every attempt to expedite the processing of your order right away, therefore cancellations may not be available if your package is already shipped. If you would like to cancel any order that has already been shipped, please review our return policy and take steps to proceed with a return.

Occasionally, orders that are flagged as potential fraudulent orders, or that do not meet the requirements needed for us to complete your order, it may be canceled at any time and the charge will be returned to your original mode of payment within 3 to 10 business days.

  • Case 2: Product damaged during transit or faulty product is received. Send us a picture of the concerned product within 30 days for replacement product otherwise no refunds will be issued
  • Case 3: If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we refund the products cost, but the shipping cost remain on your charge.
  • Case 4: The received product does not meet your expectations. You’re backed by our 100% Satisfaction and 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, Send the product back to us in its original packaging and we will refund the product cost upon receipt. Please note that the two-way shipping costs will be on your charge and will be deducted from your product cost (this applies even if you received free shipping).

  • 1. No Returns/Refunds allowed on Products if specified on product detail page.
  • 2. No Returns/Refunds are allowed on any international order.
  • 3. Return postage is responsibility of customer, if you used our discounted return shipping label, refund will be issued after reducing return shipping cost. Orders that are shipped under free shipping promotion, shipping fee and return postage both will be reduced from the final refund.
