1. 30-Day Return Window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

      • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

      • It must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

      • The item must be in its original packaging.

      • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at

sales@gofootcure.com. They will assist you with the return process. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

5. Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards. These items are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, as the processing time varies among banks and credit card companies.
